Impact maintains procedures designed to protect competition integrity. These include:

• unique entry records
• secure draw data
• auditable winner selection
• recording draw date and time
• administrator audit logs
• fraud detection
• protection against unauthorised alteration
• equal treatment of eligible paid and free entries
• retention of appropriate draw records
• publication of results

Administrators cannot secretly change a winning outcome; every draw is recorded with an auditable trail.

Where third-party randomisation or draw services are used, relevant records are retained.
