Refund & Cancellation Policy

Competition entries involve participation in time-limited promotions and cannot necessarily be treated in the same way as ordinary retail purchases.

Impact will nevertheless handle customers fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

When a refund may be considered

Refunds may be considered where, for example:

• Impact charges a customer incorrectly
• duplicate payment occurs because of a technical fault
• Impact cancels a competition
• an entry is not correctly created following successful payment
• applicable law otherwise requires a refund

A customer changing their mind does not automatically establish a right to cancel a valid competition entry where the law does not provide such a right.

Impact will not use this Policy to remove statutory consumer rights.
