How Impact collects, uses, shares and retains personal information.

Impact may process information including:
- name
- date of birth

- telephone number
- account information
- competition entries
- transaction records
- customer-service communications
- marketing preferences
- IP and device information
- website activity
- winner information
- verification information where necessary
Payment card details are handled by Impact's payment provider rather than stored directly by Impact.
2. Why we use information
Information may be processed to:

- operate draws

- deliver prizes
- prevent fraud and abuse
- provide customer support
- comply with legal obligations
- maintain security
- analyse and improve the service

3. Marketing
Entering a competition does not automatically constitute consent to unrelated marketing.
Where consent is required, customers are provided with a separate choice. Marketing consent never uses pre-ticked boxes, and customers can withdraw consent at any time.

Impact does not sell personal information to third parties.
5. Winner information
Impact may need to make limited winner information available in connection with a promotion.
Additional photographs, videos, testimonials or promotional appearances are handled according to the Winner & Publicity Policy and applicable consent requirements.
6. Retention
Personal information is retained only for periods justified by its purpose and applicable legal requirements. Impact maintains a documented retention schedule.

Depending on applicable UK data-protection law, individuals may have rights relating to:
