Instant Impact Terms
Terms applying to competitions that contain Instant Impact prizes.

1. Instant prizes
Certain entries may be associated with predetermined instant-winning outcomes or numbers according to the mechanism disclosed for the competition.
2. Prize inventory
The competition page identifies:
- types of instant prizes
- quantity originally available where appropriate
- status of instant prizes
- any applicable main or end prize
Impact does not knowingly advertise an instant prize as still available after it has been won or has otherwise ceased to be available.
3. Winning
Where an entrant receives a valid instant-winning entry, the associated prize is recorded against the customer's account and is subject to eligibility verification.
4. Main draw
Where the competition states that an instant-winning entry also remains eligible for the main draw, that entry continues to participate.
5. Unclaimed prizes
The process for unclaimed instant prizes is disclosed in the competition-specific terms.
6. Transparency
Impact may publish won and unwon status, and appropriate winner information, to improve transparency.
